Associate I, Compliance & Risk Operations

Responsibilities

• Support the Compliance & Risk team in delivering the full scope of Compliance services to customers
• Support Compliance & Risk management tasks for client portfolios and assist with onboarding
• Support regular client meetings, including managing and distributing agendas
• Interface with O&M providers, solar EPCs, and electrical engineers
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and distributing monthly compliance and risk reports
• Assist with regularly scheduled compliance filings and audit activities
• Follow standard operating procedures and provide feedback for process improvement
• Assist team with problem resolution

Requirements

• Working knowledge of photovoltaic system design, operation, management, and financing
• Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills
• University Degree (or equivalent)
• 0-2 years of experience in the domain
• Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe PDF toolsets
• Attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, NERC, FERC, or other reporting obligations
• Familiarity with project agreements and material terms
• Experience with a U.S. based company
• Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
