Associate I - Complaints

Responsibilities

• Process, investigate, and monitor product defect complaints to ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary contact for addressing and expediting product complaints under company policy.
• Align with Medical Safety and Research and Development teams regarding adverse events.
• Support complaint activity monitoring and provide suggestions for improving manufacturing or packaging processes.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation in accordance with GxP regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive problem-solving and innovation using scientific principles.
• Ensure rigorous quality control and contribute to the overall compliance of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 years; Associate degree +4 years).
• Fluency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Knowledge of GxP regulations and commitment to following Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ability to work onsite at the Irvine, CA manufacturing facility.
