About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Fixed Asset processes, including asset capitalization, creation of asset master records, and depreciation runs.
- Handle Internal order/WBS settlement and sub-ledger reconciliations.
- Perform month-end closure reporting and balance sheet reconciliations using Blackline.
- Execute lease accounting processes.
- Coordinate with local entities and outsourced activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Interact proactively with functional areas to ensure accurate financial reporting and revenue settlement.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries and support knowledge transfer during transitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business.
- 2 to 4 years of Record to Report (R2R) experience within a financial organization or shared service function.
- Strong knowledge of Fixed Assets accounting and the end-to-end lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Blackline for balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ability to work flexible shift timings.
