Associate, Human Capital

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of executive searches in partnership with internal stakeholders and external search firms
• Support pre-investment talent diligence, including research, assessment synthesis, and insight generation
• Track and analyze CEO and senior executive performance across the portfolio
• Build and maintain relationships with executives, operators, and functional leaders across healthcare and technology sectors
• Improve how talent data is captured and used to drive decisions via systems like Thrive and A5
• Support compensation benchmarking and portfolio-wide talent programs

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in executive search, talent, recruiting, or related environments
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives
• Demonstrated track record of proactive networking and pipeline development
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to synthesize information
• Detail-oriented with comfort working with data systems and structured processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within healthcare, technology, growth products & services, or private equity
• Experience working with executive search firms or within a private equity environment
