Associate - HRMS (Darwinbox)

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Darwinbox HRMS platform.
• Configure and manage workflows, approval matrices, forms, notifications, and process automations.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new workflows, enhancements, and system releases.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Darwinbox support team to resolve issues and implement change requests.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process documents, user guides, and knowledge repositories.
• Support periodic HR process audits by maintaining accurate system records and documentation.
• Collaborate with People Partners, Payroll, and other HR teams to implement effective system solutions.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HRMS, HR Technology, or HR Governance.
• Hands-on experience working with Darwinbox, including workflow configuration and system administration.
• Strong understanding of HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with strong documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for HRMS implementations or enhancements.
• Exposure to SOP creation, policy documentation, or HR process audits.
• Experience coordinating with HR technology vendors or implementation partners.
• Understanding of HR process automation and workflow optimization.
