About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with VP, HRBP to assist with the Annual Performance Review Process, including Goal-Setting, Performance Reviews, Compensation Planning, and Continuous Feedback
- Handle Employee Relations cases by conducting investigations and offering practical solutions
- Assist with org design strategy and implementation for key client groups
- Run reports and provide insights on key metrics, trends, and workforce performance
- Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate on HR Department projects and initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong professional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality
