Associate - HR Operations

Responsibilities

• Process payroll and HRIS tasks while meeting specified turnaround times and accuracy levels
• Provide efficient payroll and HRIS services to ensure timely employee salary payments
• Respond to customer requests, queries, and complaints in a professional and friendly manner
• Perform first-level data verification and escalate production-related issues promptly
• Maintain accuracy and cascade updates to process-related reports and documentation
• Adhere to company policies, ISMS compliance, and quality processes including checklists and standards

Requirements

• Graduate degree or Diploma holder
• Commerce background preferred
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Technical knowledge of payroll and payroll systems
• Proven track record of customer contact via telephone, written, or face-to-face communication
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines

• Ability to work effectively within established work timings and leave schedules
