Associate, HR Operations

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and timely first contact resolution to employees, managers, and HR professionals
• Support the HR Operations team with administrative transactions, data validation, auditing, and corrections
• Ensure data integrity through regular audits of the HR Information System
• Update and analyze work process designs, flows, and policies
• Identify and drive process improvements, quality, and compliance across the function
• Conduct data analysis and perform Root Cause Analysis to resolve complex issues
• Prepare ongoing HR reports to effectively administer policies and programs
• Assist with data migration and auditing during acquisition processes
• Incorporate Lean practices into daily activities and ongoing projects

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent
• Less than 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and processes
• Hands-on experience with Workday
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Proven experience handling HR transactions
• Ability to support U.S.-based HR transactions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience generating and analyzing Workday reports
• Knowledge of Leave of Absence (LOA) processes
• Advanced Excel skills
