Associate HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company culture and values
• Manage the quarterly employee perks calendar and research engagement ideas for a remote-first environment
• Draft weekly HR emails and biweekly wellness content
• Own the full new hire onboarding lifecycle, including paperwork, background checks, and IT setup
• Manage recruiting coordination and serve as a Greenhouse ATS power user
• Support bi-payroll processing, including timecard auditing and 401(k) deferrals
• Monitor state and federal compliance requirements and manage quarterly state filings
• Act as HRIS owner, processing all employee changes and conducting regular data integrity audits

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience across at least two functional areas
• Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits platforms
• Proficiency with ATS tools, preferably Greenhouse
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in an ambiguous environment
• Must be able to work EST hours
