Associate, HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Support senior HRBPs across Americas Client Business and Global Product Solutions by delivering HR strategy and operating model presentations
• Lead end-to-end project management of talent initiatives, including coordinating agendas, communications, and stakeholder materials
• Partner with managers to identify high-potential talent and support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Act as a liaison with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Employee Relations teams to execute business priorities
• Support analytics requests involving headcount, attrition, promotions, and performance metrics
• Leverage AI and Microsoft 365 tools to streamline processes and create client-ready HR deliverables
• Identify opportunities to improve the employee experience through innovative, technology-driven solutions

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in HR, consulting, or similar roles in a global, fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and project management skills with high attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to use HR data and analytics to generate actionable insights
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for various audiences
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Workday or similar HRIS platforms
• Experience working within a global organizational structure
