Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis on various HR metrics, including recruitment, employee engagement, retention, and performance management
- Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate insights and trends to HR leadership
- Support the HR team in identifying areas for improvement and developing actionable recommendations
- Assist in the management of HR-related surveys, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Collaborate with other departments to gather data and support HR initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and databases of HR metrics and analyses
- Help in the development and implementation of HR analytics tools and systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR, data analysis, or a related function
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with HR systems or ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle
- Familiarity with Compensation and Benefits Support
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
