Associate HR Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis on various HR metrics, including recruitment, employee engagement, retention, and performance management
• Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate insights and trends to HR leadership
• Support the HR team in identifying areas for improvement and developing actionable recommendations
• Assist in the management of HR-related surveys, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Collaborate with other departments to gather data and support HR initiatives
• Maintain accurate records and databases of HR metrics and analyses
• Help in the development and implementation of HR analytics tools and systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in HR, data analysis, or a related function
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with HR systems or ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle
• Familiarity with Compensation and Benefits Support
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
