Associate Hospital Sales Health and Science Representative

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers virtually from a dedicated Pfizer site to grow business and drive product demand
• Educate customers and promote products using approved promotional materials and digital tools
• Build rapport in a fully virtual environment and manage calls through methodical planning and documentation
• Utilize various virtual engagement platforms and digital resources to support customer and patient needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and in-field representatives to coordinate customer approaches
• Maintain mastery of virtual tools, including calendaring and content recommendation engines, to address customer priorities
• Stay current with all required training, including compliance and professional development programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years of relevant experience; OR an Associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience; OR a high school diploma with 6 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated digital acumen and ability to work on virtual platforms for a full working day
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
• Ability to live within a commutable distance to the Lake Forest, IL site (this is not a remote role)
• Proven ability to build professional relationships and work independently in a virtual environment
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong customer service and problem-solving skills
