Associate (Health)

Responsibilities

• Implement business strategy to support emerging workstreams and develop pursuit plans
• Lead Project Management Commissions for large or complex healthcare sector projects
• Act as the primary day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives, time, and cost targets are met
• Provide strategic advice during project conception stages
• Establish project success criteria, including technical and performance parameters
• Manage quality, safety, health, and environment issues
• Establish project governance, processes, and systems
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams
• Monitor project finances and manage the change control process
• Produce formal project progress reports and manage information flow

Requirements

• Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, architecture, or IT
• 5-10 years of project management experience
• Proven experience leading project management commissions for medium to large construction projects in the healthcare sector
• Thorough understanding of the total project life cycle
• Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques
• Experience in design, management, or construction within a general construction environment
