Associate, Health and Safety

Responsibilities

• Drive and maintain occupational health and safety management systems and action plans
• Manage, evaluate, and provide training for contractors
• Perform safety performance statistics, reporting, and data analysis
• Manage personnel training and personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Conduct accident investigations and emergency response drills
• Plan and arrange regular environmental monitoring
• Manage and track safety and health projects
• Promote safety culture activities to enhance employee awareness
• Coordinate across departments and collaborate with internal teams
• Conduct regular site and field inspections

Requirements

• Occupational Safety and Health Technician (Class B) certification or above

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Safety, Health, or Environmental Engineering
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification
• 3+ years of experience in Class I business safety management
• 3+ years of experience working with ISO management systems
• TOEIC score of 700 or higher
