Associate H&B Operations

Responsibilities

• Administer member additions, deletions, and modifications for medical and life insurance policies to ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate card issuance and updates with insurers while maintaining accurate audit trails.
• Manage invoicing and billing processes, including monitoring insurer invoices and facilitating client premium payments.
• Audit client invoices and supporting breakdowns for accuracy and contractual alignment.
• Deliver accurate claims utilization reports and apply predictive analytics to enhance client decision-making.
• Monitor team performance metrics and KPIs to drive operational excellence and SLA compliance.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives, including process re-engineering and the implementation of automation or AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in insurance operations or client service.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Python for advanced data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with process improvement, automation, or RPA (Robotic Process Automation) platforms.
