About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage general office operations to ensure operational efficiency and effective communication.
- Oversee facilities management, including housekeeping, security staff, and regular facility inspections.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company, staff, and office building management.
- Coordinate company-wide event management activities and maintain a positive office culture.
- Perform administrative duties such as generating reports, managing spreadsheets, and distributing mail.
- Proactively manage the procurement of office requirements and coordinate with respective departments.
- Schedule meetings, track appointments, and coordinate travel and office transportation arrangements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA.
- 1-3 years of experience in Administration.

- Practical knowledge of facility management and office administration.
