Associate, Growth Operations

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound merchant calling using structured lists and scripts
• Reconnect with churned merchants to identify revival opportunities
• Manage follow-up communications through approved channels
• Update HubSpot CRM accurately with call outcomes and merchant feedback
• Provide basic product guidance and route merchant issues to internal teams
• Handle merchant data in compliance with PDPA and internal security frameworks

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, telesales, or merchant support
• Comfortable making outbound calls and professional merchant engagement
• Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
• Ability to update CRM records accurately
• Proficiency in English; Bahasa Malaysia is preferred
• Ability to follow scripts while capturing merchant context

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer support or merchant operations
• Prior experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
• Background in fintech, payments, e-commerce, or SaaS
