About the role
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of achieving sales growth and consistently hitting or exceeding annual sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting and lead qualification to product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Provide on-the-ground support and mentorship to the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to generate high-quality pipeline.
- Deliver value-led conversations with prospects by sharing thoughtful insights and clearly articulating the value proposition.
- Act as a market expert by monitoring trends, identifying unmet needs, and assessing opportunities within the Thailand market.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives and strategies to expand reach and capture key customer segments.
- Present accurate sales forecasts, revenue updates, and performance reports to the management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales Operations, and Sales Engineering to drive scalable results.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, ideally within SaaS or Martech.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of market research, sales methodologies, and negotiation principles.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must be based in Bangkok.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with clients in eCommerce, retail, or banking.
- Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
