Associate Ground Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage parking, fleet operations, and ground logistics to ensure seamless service.
• Conduct rigorous vehicle inspections, mystery checks, and document findings.
• Perform regular site visits to curbside stops to address operational challenges and support branding efforts.
• Oversee distribution and inventory of bus equipment, tracking levels and coordinating reorders with vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on GoLive activities and support offline ticket sales growth.
• Enforce strict quality and safety standards through regular audits of bus partners.

Requirements

• 2 years of hands-on experience in intercity travel operations.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
• Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.
• Proven stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with 24/7 rotational shifts.
