Responsibilities

• Support projects in-country and/or regional client or development opportunities
• Develop research, analysis, written insights and other deliverables for clients and senior leadership
• Engage with client counterparts to understand requirements and participate in presentations
• Innovate and develop tools for efficient management and delivery of programmes
• Support delivery of high levels of project impact through performance tracking and coordination
• Play a hands-on role in opportunity scoping and relationship building to expand TBI to new geographies
• Support new projects in their inception phase and implementation

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic is required
• 3-5 years of experience in political staffing, public service, consulting, economics, finance, or multilateral institutions
• Ability to perform in-depth analysis and structured problem solving
• Strong time management and project management skills
• Experience communicating with senior leadership and navigating ambiguous environments
• Proactive, hands-on attitude and entrepreneurial self-starter mindset
• Passion for technology and interest in using new software

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in strategy or management consulting
• Technology experience
