Associate – Governance (HR Systems & Processes)

Responsibilities

• Own and support the HRMS (Darwinbox) ecosystem, managing day-to-day operations and system configurations.
• Configure and maintain workflows, approval structures, forms, and other system-related requirements.
• Identify process gaps and recommend automation opportunities to improve HR efficiency.
• Coordinate with Darwinbox support teams to resolve issues, track enhancements, and perform root cause analysis.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documents, and system guides.
• Support periodic process audits by maintaining accurate records and ensuring audit readiness.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Governance, or HR Systems.
• Hands-on working experience with Darwinbox, specifically in workflow management and configuration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage process documentation and create structured SOPs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to HR process audits and policy documentation.
• Experience working directly with HR technology vendors or external partners.
• Understanding of the full employee lifecycle, including performance management and separation processes.
