About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist with processing global payroll, including U.S., U.S. expatriate, and international payrolls (Qatar, Rwanda, Australia).
  • Execute standard and off-cycle payroll runs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness within required deadlines.
  • Perform payroll input and adjustment processing for earnings, deductions, benefits, and retirement.
  • Support payroll activities such as W-2 processing, garnishments, and non-resident alien treaty documentation.
  • Resolve payroll case management tickets by providing high-quality customer service to employees and HR partners.
  • Research and investigate payroll inquiries and discrepancies using payroll systems and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain awareness of federal, state, and international payroll regulations and taxation requirements.
  • Support payroll system testing, data validation, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1 to 3 years of Payroll experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables.
  • Successful pre-employment background check.
