Associate General Counsel, EPC & Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation and drafting of complex EPC agreements, construction contracts, and supplier agreements
• Partner with Construction and Supply Chain teams to manage commercial, milestone, and warranty schedules
• Advise on change orders, delays, liquidated damages, and contractor performance issues
• Coordinate with outside counsel on complex construction agreements and disputes
• Oversee legal aspects of long-lead procurement for major electrical components
• Ensure construction timelines align with utility interconnection and financing requirements
• Manage construction litigation and specialized EPC firms with strict budget oversight

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. State
• Minimum of 10 years of legal experience
• Specialized experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, and EPC agreements
• Proven experience managing construction delay claims and liquidated damages disputes
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
• Understanding of global equipment procurement complexities
