About the role
Responsibilities
- Use AI tools to generate, compare, and review limited partnership agreements, subscription documents, and side letters
- Employ AI-driven analytics to benchmark terms, flag deviations, and prepare client summaries of key provisions
- Coordinate with compliance teams using AI agents to ensure fund structures align with SEC, CFTC, ERISA and other requirements
- Leverage AI tools to capture institutional knowledge, precedent clauses, and negotiation patterns
- Work closely with technology teams to improve the deal process using AI
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 3-6 years of experience in investment funds, investment management, or financial transactions
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Curiosity and openness to using AI tools
Benefits
- Base salary between $270,000 - $410,000
