Associate, Fund Operations (CLO)

Responsibilities

• Review asset settlements and cash movements across European and US CLO structures
• Maintain data management system accuracy and support fund record quality standards
• Identify and resolve daily cash reconciliation breaks across all funds
• Compile daily front office reporting to support trading and portfolio management teams
• Prepare and finalize daily and quarterly regulatory submissions (ESMA, MiFID II, and US requirements)
• Produce internal fund reporting for weekly and monthly distribution
• Input security instructions in custodian systems for settlement and corporate actions
• Maintain CLO warehouse drawdown schedules and assist with closing processes
• Support project implementation for process improvement and system enhancement initiatives
• Assist with annual audit requirements and respond to due diligence and KYC requests
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation tools to improve operational workflows

Requirements

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in fund operations, financial services, or a related operational role
• Highly competent in Microsoft Excel with strong attention to detail
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines under pressure
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Eagerness to develop a deep understanding of Loan, Bond, and CLO markets
• Strong interest in AI and how technology can enhance operational processes
