Associate - Fund Dealing

Responsibilities

• Execute retail and WI product trades while maintaining compliance with rigorous SLAs
• Perform quality checks on all work items daily and report any errors
• Manage process escalations and take ownership of individual issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Drive process improvements and innovation using lean and six sigma methodologies
• Maintain accurate records of checks, team MI, and updated process documentation
• Participate in projects, including system testing and training team members on critical tasks
• Liaise with other departments across sites to ensure smooth operational delivery

Requirements

• Ability to process large, volatile volumes to strict deadlines with high accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to manage process escalations independently
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and service improvement
• Flexibility to work offshore shifts and handle ad-hoc business requirements
• Self-motivated with a desire to challenge the status quo and identify new ways of working
