Associate FS Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment including separators, decanters, and process plant instrumentation, controls, and auxiliaries
• Provide timely responses to customer complaints both online and onsite
• Evaluate and resolve technical equipment-related issues
• Maintain strong customer relationships and conduct onsite equipment training
• Support the sales team and peer groups with technical equipment knowledge
• Maintain product manuals and update technical documentation
• Recommend spare parts and service based on equipment health
• Escalate high-level technical issues to global technical support for resolution
• Coordinate with the back office for spare parts supply and service offers
• Drive sales for spare parts, services, and maintenance contracts

Requirements

• BE or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 2-8 years of experience working with separators or decanters
• Expertise in installation and commissioning processes
• Strong technical documentation and maintenance skills
• Ability to provide customer training and technical support
