Associate Fraud & Claims Operations Representative

Responsibilities

• Support and capture pertinent information from customers regarding their claims
• Conduct research and provide status updates on new and existing claims
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience through thorough research of complex account activity
• Perform routine customer support tasks in a call center environment, balancing service with investigative research
• Receive direction from team leads and escalate complex issues to experienced roles
• Collaborate with colleagues and supporting functional areas to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements

• 6+ months of customer service experience or equivalent training/education
• University degree in Business or a related discipline
• Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work evening shifts (05:30 PM - 02:30 AM IST)
• Fluency in English and at least one regional language

• Ability to multi-task and interpret complex documents or requests
• Strong mathematical and accounting skills
• Ability to apply regulatory and VISA rules to claim decisions
• Proven ability to learn and retain high volumes of information quickly
