Responsibilities
- Support and capture all pertinent information from customers regarding their claims
- Conduct research and provide status updates on new and existing claims
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience through thorough research of complex account activity
- Perform routine customer support tasks by balancing exceptional service with investigative research
- Answer incoming calls within a call center environment
- Receive direction from team leads and escalate complex issues to more experienced roles
- Collaborate with colleagues and functional areas to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements
- 6+ months of customer service support experience, or equivalent through work, training, military experience, or education
- Experience researching complex account activity
- Ability to work effectively in a call center environment
