Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support for private equity and venture capital fundraising
• Coordinate fundraising processes, including documents, trackers, and deliverables
• Manage investor meetings, fundraising events, and internal team activities
• Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and investor communications
• Maintain investor records, CRM updates, and fundraising pipelines
• Assist with investor onboarding, subscription documentation, and due diligence requests
• Coordinate with third-party administrators, custodians, and service providers
• Serve as a point of contact for existing client inquiries and operational issues
• Track fundraising activity and key business development initiatives
• Partner with internal investment, operations, compliance, and legal teams
• Conduct research on investors, market trends, and industry developments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related field
• 0–2+ years of experience in investment operations, private funds, or asset management
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience with CRM systems or investor databases preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with private fund structures and subscription workflows
• Experience with investor onboarding processes
