Associate, Fixed Income Securities Lending Trader

Responsibilities

• Actively trade and optimize BlackRock's US Fixed Income securities lending book to drive revenue and performance.
• Build and implement trading strategies based on detailed analysis of companies, sectors, and market variables.
• Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships with financing market counterparties and prime brokerage firms.
• Partner with internal Quant-Algo Trading and Research groups to innovate trading systems and analytics.
• Manage risk with high attention to detail and oversee day-to-day administrative trading support.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Fixed Income, Securities Lending, Financing markets, or Repo.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with technical tools such as SQL, Python, or VBA.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented outlook.
