Associate - Fintech Portfolio & Innovation Programs

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of fintech innovation programs, including scouting, selection, and showcase events.
• Manage Endeavor’s fintech portfolio by providing scale-up entrepreneurs with tailored connections to investors, mentors, and peers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for corporate and ecosystem partners to ensure alignment and impact.
• Build and manage a pipeline of high-growth fintech companies for the selection process.
• Design and host community events that convene fintech entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders.
• Represent Endeavor within the Greek and international fintech ecosystems through thought leadership and storytelling.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in program management, consulting, venture capital, or community management.
• Deep interest in fintech, digital banking, and financial services innovation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Fluency in both English and Greek (written and oral).
• Proven track record of owning high-stakes projects from conception through execution.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior industry leaders and VCs.

• Familiarity with startup ecosystems, venture financing, or corporate innovation.
• Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
