Associate Financial Strategist

Responsibilities

• Execute core financial and analytical tasks to support client renewals and ongoing service
• Support Financial Strategists with complex financial and claims analysis
• Perform stop-loss modeling and support stop-loss marketing efforts
• Produce contribution modeling and renewal financial analysis
• Develop and maintain self-funded claims reporting and utilization reports
• Prepare financial exhibits and analysis for renewal and marketing presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Active Life & Health Insurance License
• Proficiency with Excel and benefits-related analytical tools
• Understanding of self-funded and level-funded benefit plans
• Knowledge of funding models and carrier dynamics

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail
• Ability to communicate technical and financial concepts clearly
• Consultative mindset when supporting financial strategy discussions
