Associate - Financial Reporting

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, analyze financial data, and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust financial models.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through advanced data analysis and financial modeling.
• Develop and maintain reporting systems, dashboards, and data visualizations for stakeholders.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
• Continuously improve financial reporting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Present complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences.

Requirements

• MBA in Finance OR CA Intermediate or CA Final qualification.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in finance or analytical roles.
• Exceptional analytical and numerical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in financial statement analysis and data visualization.
• Proven problem-solving skills to address inconsistencies in credit frameworks and reports.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data.
