Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes for key business units
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on company performance, market dynamics, pricing, and customer behavior
• Collaborate on the preparation of board materials, investor updates, and M&A evaluations
• Partner with senior leadership to develop strategic plans and deliver actionable insights
• Lead initiatives to improve internal processes and data integrity

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, top-tier consulting, or rigorous FP&A
• Exceptional analytical skills and financial acumen regarding SaaS business models
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to independently solve complex problems and build strategic models
• Strong communication skills for executive audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with financial modeling
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
• Proficiency in SQL
