About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of business plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial models
  • Perform financial, strategic, and performance analyses to evaluate drivers, risks, and opportunities
  • Prepare high-quality materials and structured insights for senior leadership decision-making
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, executive-level narratives and recommendations
  • Partner with business leaders and finance stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable priorities
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of Active Uniformed service
  • Less than 5 years of civilian work experience
  • Bachelor's degree obtained pre- or post-military service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills tailored to different audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to commence employment in October 2026

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with TM1 or Cognos is a plus
  • Understanding of business drivers and financial performance
