Associate Financial Advisor

Responsibilities

• Support financial advisor(s) in helping clients achieve their financial goals through planning and advice.
• Manage client relationships by gathering and analyzing data, preparing financial plans, and delivering client deliverables.
• Execute marketing and client acquisition activities, including implementing annual marketing plans and coordinating client events.
• Provide product solutions by assessing client risk tolerance and goals to recommend suitable portfolio strategies.
• Handle business management tasks such as maintaining client management systems, reviewing work procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Conduct transactions and execute trades to align with proposed client portfolios.

Requirements

• College degree or higher.
• 2+ years of similar experience in a financial services environment.
• Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
• State life, accident, and health insurance licenses.
• A professional finance designation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with client database management.
• Proven ability to source prospective clients and drive business development.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
