About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial reports for assigned mutual funds, ETFs, and other investment products
- Maintain expense budgets and accruals based on contractual fee schedules and fiscal year projections
- Process expense payment authorizations and calculate monthly management fees, advisor waivers, and reimbursements
- Monitor and review fund performance using tracking systems and distribute information to clients
- Compile quarterly reports for Board members and complete ad hoc reporting projects as required
- Coordinate with the Financial Administration team regarding compliance, audits, and financial statements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a related field
- 1 year of professional experience in accounting or finance
- Knowledge of SEC, IRS, and GAAP reporting regulations
- Familiarity with SEC Forms N-PORT, N-CEN, N-CSR, and 24f-2
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Understanding of financial instruments including stocks, bonds, options, and derivatives
