Associate Financial Administrator I

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial reports for assigned funds in compliance with SEC, IRS, and GAAP regulations.
• Maintain expense budgets and accruals based on contractual fee schedules and fiscal year projections.
• Process expense payment authorizations and calculate monthly management fees, advisor waivers, or reimbursements.
• Monitor and review fund performance using tracking systems and distribute information to clients.
• Compile quarterly reports for Board members and complete ad hoc reporting projects as required.
• Communicate frequently with internal and external business partners regarding financial statements and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or finance.
• Knowledge of SEC Forms N-PORT, N-CEN, N-CSR, and 24f-2.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Understanding of financial instruments including stocks, bonds, options, and foreign securities/derivatives.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues using critical thinking skills.
