Associate Finance OPS

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day reporting and forecasting for supporting functions in accordance with internal guidelines and accounting principles
• Support the monthly close process, including management/project reports and variance analysis
• Present results and recommendations to Senior Management
• Gather and analyze data to communicate cost variance drivers
• Support the consolidation of global forecasts and actual analysis for both Opex and Capex
• Partner with clients to understand key cost drivers and sensitivities
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field
• Experience in FP&A, advisory roles, or accounting
• Proficiency with SAP, Hyperion, or ANAPLAN
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
• Experience in cost accounting or manufacturing finance
• Proficiency with AI tools, ChatGPT, or CodeEX
• Experience preparing executive communications and oral presentations
• Ability to work autonomously with a continuous improvement mindset
