Associate Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Own execution of monthly and quarterly close, including management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Manage Group balance sheet integrity and multi-currency accounting
• Oversee payroll accounting across various employment models, including contractors and EOR arrangements
• Manage end-to-end intercompany accounting, including transactions, recharges, and FX clearance
• Prepare annual statutory financial statements and coordinate with external auditors
• Manage indirect tax compliance (VAT, GST) across the Group
• Drive continuous improvement within the finance tool stack, specifically NetSuite workflows
• Partner with FP&A on monthly actuals handover and budget-vs-actuals reporting

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification (fully qualified)
• 4+ years of post-qualified accounting experience
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or multi-entity environments
• Demonstrated ownership of close for legal entities in multi-currency groups
• Direct experience preparing statutory financial statements through to audit sign-off
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS
• NetSuite or similar ERP experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Big 4 training background
• SaaS experience with ASC 606 / IFRS 15 exposure
• Experience coordinating statutory audits across multiple jurisdictions
• Experience with payroll accounting across multi-jurisdictional or EOR models
• Experience in high-growth, Series C/D-stage companies
• Track record of mentoring junior team members
