About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary financial partner for trade investment, supporting ROI evaluations and strategic guidance for Category Leads and Performance Portfolio Management.
- Collaborate with Customer Development teams to review trade budgets, optimize spend, and ensure compliance with annual agreements.
- Lead the trade forecasting process (forecast and Cashup) and manage total trade spend to ensure alignment with Beauty & Wellbeing financial objectives.
- Partner with CD Ops to ensure accounting clarity for all trade programs, maintaining audit-ready documentation and proper financial treatment.
- Provide in-depth analysis of customer-level performance, promotions, and investment efficiency to guide resource allocation and category strategies.
- Identify financial anomalies, perform variance analysis, and ensure all operational controls are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of four years of relevant professional work experience.
- Proven experience in Accounting or Financial Reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience building data models and performing advanced analytics.
- Strong technical acumen.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with PowerBI and other data visualization tools.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
