About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary financial partner for trade investment, supporting ROI evaluations and strategic guidance for Category Leads and Performance Portfolio Management.
  • Collaborate with Customer Development teams to review trade budgets, optimize spend, and ensure compliance with annual agreements.
  • Lead the trade forecasting process (forecast and Cashup) and manage total trade spend to ensure alignment with Beauty & Wellbeing financial objectives.
  • Partner with CD Ops to ensure accounting clarity for all trade programs, maintaining audit-ready documentation and proper financial treatment.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of customer-level performance, promotions, and investment efficiency to guide resource allocation and category strategies.
  • Identify financial anomalies, perform variance analysis, and ensure all operational controls are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of four years of relevant professional work experience.
  • Proven experience in Accounting or Financial Reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience building data models and performing advanced analytics.
  • Strong technical acumen.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with PowerBI and other data visualization tools.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
