Associate, Field Service - Thermal

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support including repair, troubleshooting, operation, testing, and commissioning of PACU
• Perform preventive maintenance based on client contract schedules and generate service reports
• Submit comprehensive reports and in-depth analysis within 48 hours of service completion
• Identify add-on sales leads to generate additional revenue
• Respond to customer 24-hour on-call needs, complaints, and inquiries
• Verify correctness of equipment installation and electrical specifications
• Conduct warranty user training on basic operations and troubleshooting
• Check maintenance contract coverage and terms to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• B.S. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
• Ability to read and define basic electrical circuit diagrams
• Knowledge of system grounding, bonding, and basic communication protocols
• Valid driver's license (at least restriction 2) with ability to drive manual transmission
• Willingness to perform field work nationwide in the Philippines
• Strong analytical, logical, and communication skills
