Associate Field Clinical Liaison

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical education and training to dentists and orthodontists on digital dental technologies, including Invisalign and iTero.
• Deliver instructor-led training through virtual sessions, classroom settings, and face-to-face field visits.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical inquiries, troubleshooting, and customer support.
• Develop and implement lesson plans to build clinical confidence in digital orthodontics and restorative dentistry.
• Conduct field visits to dental practices, DSO organizations, and universities within the Wallonia and Luxemburg regions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to drive business objectives.
• Manage administrative tasks, including weekly training reports and business expense reporting.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of directly related professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in dentistry, orthodontics, or dental technology (DDS, DMD, Dental Technician, or equivalent).
• Fluency in French and English.
• Must reside in Belgium.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 70% of the time).
• Strong public speaking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools.
