Associate Field Clinical Liaison

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and education to orthodontists and dentists on-site in private clinics, DSO organizations, and universities.
• Deliver unbiased medical information regarding company products to increase brand awareness and ensure safe product use.
• Drive product adoption and growth by educating customers on Clinical Protocols, iTero Platform digital innovations, and ClinCheck® Software.
• Plan and execute interactive roundtables to facilitate case discussions and peer-to-peer networking.
• Work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to coordinate clinical educational programs and achieve business goals.
• Manage assigned territory by planning visits and group sessions independently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in dentistry (DDS, DMD, or equivalent).
• 1-3 years of experience in customer relations within the medical or dental field.
• Full UK driving license.
• Ability to travel to conduct field visits independently at least 70% of the time.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and persuasive communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
• Must be living in or willing to relocate to the Midlands (covering areas such as Birmingham, Leicester, Gloucester, Bristol, Cardiff, or Swansea).

• Master's degree in Orthodontics.
