Associate Field Clinical Liaison

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and build clinical confidence of customers through education on Align’s clinical protocols and ClinCheck software
• Provide medical expertise, training, and guidance to marketing and commercial teams
• Investigate and analyze clinical-related customer inquiries, complaints, and adverse events
• Provide clinical support and education to orthodontists and dentists in private clinics, DSO organizations, and universities
• Develop peer-to-peer relationships with healthcare professionals to teach treatment planning and digital workflows
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives for the assigned territory
• Conduct field visits independently at least 70% of the time

Requirements

• Degree in dentistry, orthodontics (DDS, DMD or equivalent), or as a Dental Technician
• Proven experience in orthodontics
• Native Polish speaker with professional proficiency in English
• High level of time management and communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time within the designated area (Dolnośląskie, Wielkopolskie, Zachodniopomorskie, Lubuskie)
• Must be located in the Wrocław area
