Associate Fellow - Architecture

Responsibilities

• Lead systems architecture for the Data Center Solutions group, defining product direction for compute and storage infrastructure markets
• Synthesize emerging customer architectures and market trends into technology and product roadmaps
• Develop core product vision, priorities, and messaging for executive leadership, board meetings, and C-level presentations
• Drive innovation through "out of the box" thinking and proactive strategic planning
• Maintain deep understanding of competitors, including their strategic intent and financial results
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across a global organization to drive competitive advantage

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
• 15+ years of relevant industry experience developing product strategies for storage and compute-based products
• Proven experience in strategic leadership and setting long-term product direction
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex market data into actionable strategic plans
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience influencing C-level executives
• Ability to engage customers at both an architectural and business level

Preferred Qualifications

• Accomplished leadership experience across operations, consulting, strategy, analytics, or finance
• Strong intellectual curiosity with a blend of analytical intelligence and strategic vision
• Ability to develop a clear point of view and build consensus among diverse stakeholders
• Strong executive presence and ease with high-level professional interactions
• Knowledge of major OEM and ODM ecosystems such as Dell or HPE
