Associate, Facilities

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of building equipment and systems
• Manage workstation relocations and set up new employee workstations
• Utilize the facilities work request system to complete preventive and customer requests
• Order and maintain inventory for office, kitchen, and restroom supplies
• Manage mail center operations, including shipping and receiving

Requirements

• High school diploma required (College or trade school preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in construction, a specific trade, or facilities maintenance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and web-based tools
• Ability to use power and hand tools for minor repairs and installations
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds using material handling equipment
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC mechanical/control systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with general shipping, receiving, and online shipping systems
• Experience operating or monitoring computer-based building card access and security systems
