Associate Facilities Engineer - Mechanical

Responsibilities

• Support the development of engineering solutions and design basis by analyzing operational, process, and economic data
• Monitor and inspect construction progress to ensure compliance with engineering standards and budget constraints
• Recommend design modifications, material substitutions, and equipment changes
• Participate in developing cost estimates for engineering, labor, equipment, and materials
• Ensure 24/7 operational efficiency of office facilities through inspections and maintenance coordination
• Manage logistics for materials and project requirements during scheduled shutdowns
• Serve as a first response team during emergencies and incidents

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in operation maintenance and engineering activities
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression systems
• Familiarity with industry codes and safety regulations
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools related to mechanical systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
