Associate Facilities Engineer - Mechanical

Responsibilities

• Support the development of engineering solutions and design basis by analyzing operational requirements, process considerations, and economic factors.
• Monitor and inspect construction progress to ensure compliance with company engineering standards and approved budgets.
• Recommend design modifications, material substitutions, and equipment changes as necessary.
• Participate in developing cost estimates for engineering, labor, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure 24/7 operational efficiency of facilities through regular inspections and maintenance coordination.
• Manage logistics for materials and project requirements during scheduled shutdowns.
• Act as part of the first response team during emergencies and incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in operation maintenance and engineering activities, including design, coordination, and project control.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression systems.
• Familiarity with relevant industry codes and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools related to mechanical systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
